Rosing elected first president of California Lawyers Association
The new group is already the second largest bar association in the country

SAN DIEGO — Attorney Heather L. Rosing was elected the first president of the California Lawyers Association, the nonprofit formed to house the specialty practice groups that recently split off from the State Bar.
