Trump administration cites ruling against Obama program to attack DACA injunction

The U.S. Department of Justice is citing a 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals injunction blocking an Obama-era immigration program to support its petition seeking to overturn a San Francisco judge’s injunction blocking the Trump administration from dismantling the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program.
