MyoKardia adds veteran biopharmaceutical general counsel
Veteran attorney Cynthia Ladd becomes general counsel for the South San Francisco-based biopharmaceutical company.
Encouraged by a follow-on public offering that raised $133.8 million last August, South San Francisco-based biopharmaceutical company MyoKardia Inc. has hired Cynthia J. Ladd as its first general counsel.
