Moving on from private jet, attorneys squabble over restaurant

LOS ANGELES — The unhappy business divorce of Brian Kabateck and Mark Geragos continues.

In a complaint filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court last week, Kabateck accused his erstwhile business partner of leeching off their jointly owned restaurant, Engine Company No. 28, to prop up another restaurant, 10E, which belongs solely to Geragos. Kabateck et al. v. Geragos et al., BC690785 (L.A. Super. Ct., filed Jan. 18, 2018).
