Jessica Simpson joined Tuesday a growing list of celebrities who have gotten sued by a paparazzi agency for sharing a picture of themselves taken by paparazzi.

Plaintiffs Smash News and Picture Agency LLC claims in a lawsuit filed in the Central District of California that by posting the picture to her social media accounts, Simpson “harms the existing and future market for the original photograph.”
