Judge chides attorneys for lack of trial plan

Judge Ann I. Jones opened fire on plaintiffs’ counsel Wednesday for coming to court with, in her view, an incomplete plan to stage a class action trial on behalf of up to 25,000 Magic Mountain amusement park workers.
