Judge chides attorneys for lack of trial plan
Judge Ann I. Jones opened fire on plaintiffs’ counsel Wednesday for coming to court with, in her view, an incomplete plan to stage a class action trial on behalf of up to 25,000 Magic Mountain amusement park workers.
“You didn’t have a trial plan!” Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Ann I. Jones exclaimed at plaintiffs’ lawyers Launa Adolph and Tagore O. Subramaniam of Matern Law Group PC. “That’s what I was looking for!”
For half--hour on Wednesday, Jones opened fire on plaintiffs’ counsel for coming to court with, in her view, an incomplete plan to stage a class action trial on behalf of up to 25,000 Magic Mountain amusement park workers....
