LOS ANGELES — A Chinese billionaire is taking a competitor to court for allegedly stealing trade secrets from his electric car empire.
In a complaint filed in the Central District of California on Monday, the electric car company Faraday & Friday Inc. accused rival Evelozcity Inc. of stealing trade secrets, leaking thousands of confidential electronic documents online to sabotage its operations, and covertly poaching employees....
