A San Bernardino family has filed a lawsuit against Starbucks, saying a bleeding employee served them drinks contaminated with blood and refused to get an HIV test.
According to the family’s attorney, Stan Pekler of Frish Law Group APLC, Starbucks offered a week’s worth of free drinks and $1,000 per family member, when they complained. Both parents and their 2-year-old child were exposed to the drinks, according to the lawsuit filed...
