GEICO wins bad faith claim

The plaintiff had claimed GEICO acted in bad faith by arbitrating his claim.

An Orange County Superior Court jury returned a unanimous defense verdict in GEICO's favor in a lawsuit over alleged insurance bad faith and financial elder abuse.
