LOS ANGELES — Howard B. Miller has had an epic legal career that began as a clerk for California Chief Justice Roger J. Traynor and included a stint as president of the State Bar and 16 years at Girardi Keese.
On Wednesday, Miller announced his next chapter would be at JAMS in Los Angeles as a mediator, arbitrator and special master.
