LA DA wins stay of child molester release for 60 days

Prosecutor says the county still considers the convict dangerous, which is driving the appeal.

LOS ANGELES -- Los Angeles County prosecutors on Tuesday successfully stayed the release of a convicted child molester who had argued that a delay of more than 15 years in a trial over his continued incarceration as a violent sexual predator was a violation of his constitutional rights.
