LOS ANGELES — Medical malpractice attorney Howard Slavin often wore the same T-shirt under his striped uniform during 13 seasons as a National Football League on-field official.
The black shirt, embossed with white letters, read: “I love it when they boo.”
“It always got a chuckle in the officials’ dressing room,” the Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP partner said.
