Board of Immigration Appeals to expand
The Board of Immigration Appeals will expand from 17 members to 21, the Department of Justice announced Tuesday. This will give Attorney General Jeff Sessions the opportunity to appoint four judges, which will nearly equalize the number of judges on the board who were appointed by Democrat and Republican presidents.
