"Suge" Knight's lawyers indicted on conspiracy charges
The Los Angeles County district attorney’s office has charged two lawyers who represented the jailed music executive Marion “Suge” Knight with conspiring to bribe a potential witness in exchange for testimony favorable to their former client.
LOS ANGELES -- Two lawyers who represented the jailed music executive Marion "Suge" Knight were charged with conspiring to bribe potential witnesses in exchange for testimony favorable to their client, who is accused of murder.
One of the attorneys alleged in comments after a hearing Monday that the charges were brought as a way to cover up for improprieties committed by investigators.
