Law firms move ‘inclusion riders’ past concept stage
Greenberg Glusker and Cohen Milstein have produced templates for other lawyers to follow.
Bonnie Eskenazi of Greenberg, Glusker, Fields, Claman & Machtinger LLP has put together a proposed "inclusion rider" she wants to present to clients in the entertainment industry.
Two weeks after actress Frances McDormand added the words "inclusion rider" to the national lexicon, firms are turning the concept into a reality.
