DA charges man with threatening OC judge

A man accused of threatening an Orange County Superior Court judge during arraignment has been charged with a felony.

A man accused of threatening an Orange County Superior Court judge was charged with a felony, the district attorney announced Wednesday.

Robert Lee Scott, 46, is charged with threatening a public official and misdemeanor battery on a peace officer. The felony charge stems from an arraignment March 6 in a separate case.
