LOS ANGELES — The road to restitution for the host of law firms owed a combined $20 million by The Weinstein Co. could be a long one, attorneys say.

The bankruptcy filing, which came last week after an investor group’s proposed deal to save the company from insolvency fell through, includes seven law firms in its list of major creditors.
