Judge asks why criminal probe of SeaWorld must delay civil case

The U.S. judge wants the Justice Department to provide more details about why some discovery in a civil case should be halted.

SAN DIEGO -- A federal judge ordered the U.S. Department of Justice on Tuesday to provide more information about why a criminal investigation of SeaWorld Entertainment Inc. should necessitate a continuing stay of certain discovery in a shareholder lawsuit involving the company.
