A team from Ivie, McNeill & Wyatt APLC this week defeated a $10 million lawsuit by proving to a federal jury that a county coroner's finding of homicide in the death of an elderly man was neither false nor flawed, and had done no damage to the decedent's widow, who was subsequently arrested but never tried.
