The Commission on Judicial Performance have set a July date to hear oral arguments concerning a Contra Costa County judge’s alleged misconduct in a pair of 2016 cases.
This is the fifth time the commission accused Judge Bruce C. Mills of impropriety. He was privately admonished in 2001 and publicly admonished in 2006 and again in 2013.
