Facebook Inc. settled a trade secret case brought by a data center firm that accused the social media company of clandestinely planning to build its own infrastructure using proprietary techniques learned through their prior collaboration.
SAN JOSE -- Facebook Inc. settled a trade secret case brought by a data center firm that accused the social media company of clandestinely planning to build its own infrastructure using proprietary techniques learned through their prior collaboration.
The settlement came on the fourth day of trial, less than three days after BladeRoom Group Ltd. filed a motion for sanctions against Facebook for allegedly withholding evidence.
