LOS ANGELES -- Once again President Donald Trump's immigration policies have been foiled by a nationwide injunction.

A federal judge in Los Angeles dealt a blow to the Trump administration by prohibiting the Justice Department from withholding funds from jurisdictions that refuse to comply with federal immigration enforcement.
