Sheppard Mullin attorney Sheldon M. Siegel released the ninth installment of his San Francisco-based legal thriller series last month.
Sheldon M. Siegel is used to producing pages but says his day job as a corporate and securities lawyer doesn’t place a premium on entertainment.
As special counsel at Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP, “I write contracts and securities offering documents,” Siegel said, “so that [if] the people who cut the deal today ... get in a fight about it in five years from now, it’s very clear what they agreed to.”
