SACRAMENTO -- Sacramento County District Attorney Anne Marie Schubert stood in front of dozens of news cameras last Wednesday and announced the arrest of Joseph DeAngelo on suspicion of being the notorious Golden State killer.
"The answer has always been in Sacramento," Schubert said of the arrest in the decades-old cold case.
