Sanford Heisler files class action for attorney-mothers against Morrison & Foerster.
A firm that represents many women attorneys in litigation against major law firms went after its highest-profile target Monday.
Sanford Heisler Sharp LLP filed a class action on behalf of three Jane Doe plaintiffs who work at Morrison & Foerster LLP offices in California, suing the firm in San Francisco federal court for alleged gender and pregnancy discrimination.
