San Diego bar says Judge Kreep ‘lacking qualifications’
The county bar gave the controversial judge its lowest judicial rating.

SAN DIEGO — The San Diego County Bar Association on Tuesday deemed recently censured Superior Court Judge Gary G. Kreep to be “lacking qualifications” for the post he is seeking to retain against four challengers.
Kreep’s competitors in the June 5 primary were given higher ratings, ranging from qualified to exceptionally well qualified.
