Ex-Keker trio starts their own San Francisco firm
Three Keker, Van Nest & Peters LLP attorneys have left to form their own firm.
Michael Kwun, Asim Bhansali and Kate Lazarus left Keker, Van Nest & Peters this week to start their own San Francisco firm.

The Tuesday move by Michael Kwun, Asim Bhansali and Kate Lazarus follows a series of recent departures from John Keker’s boutique. Ashok Ramani, now of Davis Polk & Wardell LLP, and Quyen Le Ta, now of Boies Schiller Flexner LLP, left earlier this year.
