Loyola Law School professor Sean M. Scott has been named associate director of the Association of American Law Schools, a post she will hold for two years starting in August.

Scott said she hopes to use her time at the Washington, D.C.-based nonprofit to facilitate discussions among law schools and their faculty about the role new technology should play in legal education.
