Beverly Hills sues again to stop subway under high school

The city has again sued the Federal Transit Administration and the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority.

The city of Beverly Hills has once again sued the Federal Transit Administration and the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority to block the expansion of a major subway line that would go directly under "the heart" of Beverly Hills High School, potentially jeopardizing the health of students and marring the historic institution.
