Attorneys argued over the class certification of 130,000 California Public Employees’ Retirement System policyholders.

LOS ANGELES -- Attorneys argued Thursday over the class certification of 130,000 California Public Employees' Retirement System policyholders who claim CalPERS violated their contract with rate hikes as high as 85 percent.
