Following sale, open-source software company appoints new general counsel
The new general counsel is preparing for the upcoming General Data Protection Regulation as he takes over the company’s legal affairs.
CHAUDHARY
Alfresco Software Inc., a San Mateo-based open-source software company has promoted Kamil Chaudhary to vice president and general counsel.
Chaudhary, started on April 30, replacing Paul Warenski, who left on April 15 following the April 9 sale of Alfresco to Thomas H. Lee Partners, a private equity firm. According to a company spokesperson, Warenski stepped down shortly after the sale to take a break and explore new opportunities.<...
