Two class actions filed against USC and staff gynecologist
The complaints were filed Monday on behalf of five women accusing a USC gynecologist of sexual assault while conducting examinations.
Two putative class actions were filed Monday on behalf of five women accusing a USC staff gynecologist of sexual assault while conducting exams for years in the campus health clinic.
Details of the alleged abuse by Dr. George Tyndall were vividly described in the class action filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court by Ronald T. LaBriola of The Senators (Ret.) Firm LLP along with Manly, Stewart & Finaldi.
