Square Inc. appoints new general counsel following resignation
It is still unclear why Hillary Smith, who came to the mobile credit card payment company in late 2016 from Zenefits, stepped down.
Square Inc., the San Francisco-based mobile credit card payment company, appointed Sivan G. Whiteley as its general counsel following the abrupt resignation of Hillary B. Smith.
