Former DA challenging judge who enforced restraining order against him
It appears that a candidate for San Bernardino County Superior Court judge is running against a judge who enforced a restraining order against him in a family law case.
Eight years ago, former Deputy District Attorney David Lopez was arrested in a 2010 domestic violence incident, which precipitated a number of restraining orders filed against him by his former wife.
