Car shopping app appoints first general counsel, heads into next growth phase
AutoGravity Corp., based in Irvine, appointed Jennifer Y. Ishiguro to general counsel. She comes from Gateway One Lending & Finance LLC and Toyota Motor Credit Corporation.

Ramping up for continued growth in capturing digital car shoppers through the smartphone, Irvine-based AutoGravity Corp. announced it has named Jennifer Y. Ishiguro its first general counsel. She began her new role May 31.
Also the executive vice president and corporate secretary, Ishiguro will oversee the company’s legal and compliance matters as well as “anywhere else I can fit,” she said.
