Douglas F. Welebir, 1943-2018
A memorial service is scheduled for Saturday for the product liability attorney who died last month at 75.
Douglas F. Welebir, who served as the first mayor of the city of Loma Linda and practiced as a plaintiffs’ product liability attorney for more than 50 years, most recently at The Welebir Firm, died on May 8. He was 75.
