Michael Cohen’s lawyer moves to shift new Stormy Daniels suit to federal court

Attorneys for President Donald J. Trump's former personal attorney, Michael Cohen, have filed to remove porn actress Stormy Daniels' latest suit to federal court and consolidate it with an earlier suit to escape a nondisclosure agreement concerning her allegation of an affair with Trump in 2006.
