Lionsgate hires Sony Pictures executive as general counsel
Corii Berg replaces Wayne Levin, who resigned last November.

Lions Gate Entertainment Corp. has named Corii Berg as its next general counsel. The 20-year media industry executive and veteran of Sony Pictures Entertainment Inc. started in the new role Monday.
Berg replaces Wayne Levin, according to a Lionsgate spokesperson. Levin resigned as general counsel and chief strategic officer in November 2017 for health and personal reasons, according to documentation filed by the company.
