Siggins appointed as 1st District presiding justice
Peter J. Siggins has been appointed presiding justice of Division Three of the 1st District Court of Appeal, Gov. Jerry Brown announced Friday.

Peter J. Siggins has been appointed presiding justice of Division Three of the 1st District Court of Appeal, Gov. Jerry Brown announced Friday. He will succeed retired Presiding Justice William R. McGuiness.
