Veteran jurist Sandy R. Kriegler will retire this week from his post as a justice for the 2nd District Court of Appeal.

Veteran jurist Sandy R. Kriegler will retire as a justice of the 2nd District Court of Appeal this week after 33 years on the bench.
For Kriegler, a few things in particular stand out from his 13 years on the appellate bench: The rapport he enjoyed with his staff and fellow justices; the effectiveness of the court during his tenure; and his friendship with the late Justice Paul A. Turner.
