Seyfarth Shaw LLP defeated a $2.6 million malpractice lawsuit Friday after a superior court jury found that it did not breach its fiduciary duty with regard to an employment claim against its former client.

After a day of deliberations, the jury also ruled that Seyfarth was harmed when Landmark Worldwide LLC failed to pay the firm for its services, awarding it $133,000.
