Oil and energy company appoints general counsel
Dean Holter is settling in as the first general counsel for Ziyen Inc., with the focus and strategy to disrupt the U.S. energy industry.

Ziyen Inc., a Scottish-American oil and energy company, announced last week the appointment of Dean Holter as chief financial officer and general counsel, based in San Diego.
As CFO, Holter will oversee all financial aspects of Ziyen, such as financial planning and analysis, financial reporting and investor relations.
He will be Ziyen’s first general counsel.
