LA firm, Maryland partner file third suit against USC over alleged sexual abuse by doctor

A third lawsuit has been filed by Arias Sanguinetti Wang & Torrijos LLP and Janet, Janet and Suggs LLC over alleged sexual abuses by former USC gynecologist Dr. Gregory Tyndall, against the doctor himself and the university for failing to intervene despite decades of complaints about his conduct.

Mike Arias of Arias Sanguinetti Wang & Torrijos LLP has teamed with Baltimore firm Janet, Janet and Suggs LLC to bring a third suit against USC over allegations the university ignored decades of complaints of sexual abuse by a staff gynecologist. Together they represent 279 women and expect the number to grow.

A California and a Maryland law firm, representing 56 women, have filed a third lawsuit over alleged sexual abuses by former University of Southern California gynecologist Dr. Gregory Tyndall, against the doctor himself and the university for failing to intervene despite decades of complaints about his conduct.

Another 223 women who have sued are represented by other firms.
