A jury awarded a bicyclist $13.2 million after he was hit by the driver of a Ford pickup.

A Los Angeles County jury has awarded $13.2 million to the victim of a hit-and-run accident, finding that the defendant was negligent and acted with malice.
The plaintiff's attorney, Ricardo Echeverria of Shernoff Bidart Echeverria LLP, said his client is "thrilled, and relieved as well. The whole process has been stressful for him."
