District attorneys post letters opposing criminals released under Proposition 57

In a low-profile campaign against initiatives that are allowing the early release of criminals, district attorneys in several counties are posting letters of opposition.

Sacramento County District Attorney Anne Marie Schubert sent out a news release last week reporting a “twenty-year career criminal” had just been released against her will.
