Actress’ lawyers file scathing response to Weinstein motion
Attorneys for actress Ashley Judd filed a scathing response to Harvey Weinstein’s motion to dismiss her retaliation claims Friday, calling his bid to end the lawsuit on statutory grounds a demonstration of “his malicious and reckless disregard for the law.”
