Hagens Berman named lead firm in consolidated federal suits against USC
Plaintiffs allege they were abused by USC’s long-time gynecologist.
LOS ANGELES -- A federal judge consolidated four lawsuits against the University of Southern California alleging students were abused by the campus gynecologist, naming Seattle-based Hagens Berman Sobol Shapiro LLP the lead plaintiffs' firm Monday and allowing six months to certify a class.
