Squire Patton Boggs announced the acquisition of intellectual property firm Singularity LLP.

In its third Northern California acquisition in three years, Squire Patton Boggs LLP has absorbed intellectual property boutique Singularity LLP. Partners Frank L. Bernstein, Vidya R. Bhakar and Ronald S. Lemieux joined the intellectual property and technology group in Palo Alto, the firm announced Monday.
