Archer Norris to dissolve in October
Archer Norris announced it will dissolve by October, citing economic difficulties.
California-based Archer Norris PLC will dissolve by Oct. 15, the firm announced Friday. Shareholders made the decision Thursday, citing economic difficulties.
“The shareholders concluded that it did not make economic sense to keep practicing under the structure of the current law firm,” a firm announcement read.
