Executive of company that taped attorney-inmate calls said it had known about them for two years

An executive at a company that recorded inmate-attorney phone calls in Orange County testified Thursday that he’s known for two years of a technological error that caused improper recordings, but he said he made no effort to notify the counties that use the system.
